For the third time, the German Network for Personalized Medicine (DNPM) is organizing a symposium on the topics of personalized oncology and inflammatory medicine, personalized diagnostics and genomic medicine, as well as data-driven healthcare innovation.

The two-day symposium will take place on July 2 and 3 in Berlin (Umweltforum Berlin; near Berlin Alexanderplatz).

Registration is open till 01 June 2026.

Upon registration all participants will receive an email with registration confirmation and if applicable an invoice and after payment an receipt for payment. Fees incl. 19% VAT.

Cancellation
Individual registration refunds will be granted if notification of cancellation is sent in writing to the info@dnpm.de before 10 June 2026. After this date, refunds will not be possible. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all participants of the meeting (symposium) by the DNPM, hereinafter referred to as “Organiser.” The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at its sole discretion; the details of such amendments are effective at the time of publication on this Website. Should you require further information or have any comments on these Terms, please contact info@dnpm.de

In order to register for the meeting you must accept the Privacy and Data Security Policy and these Meeting Registration Terms and Conditions. By accepting, individuals also agree to be contacted by the organiser for communication about the meeting.

Registration fees and deadlines apply for the meeting are outlined on the registration Webpage. Please note that all references to dates and deadlines mentioned refer to Central European Time Zone (CET), unless otherwise specified.

Registration details must be submitted electronically via the online registration system and participants must be at least 18 years old. You may be asked to present proof of age.

Only fully completed registrations will be accepted: place of work (Institution / Company or private address) and email address and name for each participant must be provided during the registration process. Each registration must have a unique email address belonging to the person being registered. Invalid addresses may lead to the cancellation of registration. A unique, valid e-mail address is required for each participant, for security purposes and to ensure access to the meeting.

The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full before the respective deadline. If the registration and the full payment have not been received by the corresponding deadline, the registration may be cancelled.

Registered participants will have access to all official sessions, industry sponsored symposia and exhibition.

Payment should be processed online by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). For offline payments, please contact the Registration team directly (info@dnpm.de). Payment can also be made by direct bank transfer; the bank transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the client. It is imperative that the following information is communicated while conducting the bank transfer: participant name; confirmation of order number (if available). Please note that payment by bank transfer is possible only until the respective registration deadline. Payment and bank transfer details are available in the email, participants receive after registration. Final payment confirmation will be sent by email after the completion of the registration process and full payment.

You will receive a badge at the meeting with your name and Institution/Department. Please note that the badge is needed for security purposes and is non-transferable. Your badge is required for admittance to all meetings and must be visible at all times. Misuse of badges such as sharing with individuals who are not registered for the event will result in confiscation of the badge and immediate expulsion of all parties involved. No refunds will be issued.

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to info@dnpm.de .Refunding of the registration fee (minus 10% administrative charge) will be granted if the notification of cancellation reaches by the respective deadline as outlined at the registration Webpage. After this date, registration fees will not be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. In case of overpayment or double payment, refund requests including valid proof of the overpayment or double payment must be made in writing and sent to info@dnpm.de , no later than one month after the meeting closure. Refunds will not be made for rejected visa applications if the application was not made at least two months before the meeting and unless an official document from the Embassy rejecting the visa is forwarded to the organiser. Rejected visa applications must be communicated to the organiser immediately. Notification of rejections after the meeting will not be accepted. Refunds will not be made for unattended events or early termination of attendance. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to take care of visa requirements. Participants who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure.

Participants must first register for the meeting and pay the registration fee in full to receive an invitation letter. The invitation letter does not financially obligate the conference organiser in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the meeting and the visa are the sole responsibility of the participant. Original invitation letters are sent only by express courier. Shipment costs must be borne entirely by the receiver/participant.

The organiser cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss, injury or damage to any property, whatever the cause may be.

The organiser reserves the right to change the meeting format from onsite to virtual, postpone the event or even cancel the meeting, if unforeseen circumstances warrant such action. Should any contingency prevent the holding of the meeting or any of its parts, the organiser cannot be held liable for any costs, expenses and damages (including, but not limited to direct or consequential damages, loss of opportunity, loss of use, or loss of revenue or profit) incurred in connection with the format change, postponement or cancellation.

Unexpected cancellation of the event: the organiser reserves the right to cancel without notice or compensation in the event of force majeure cases (e.g. any acts of God, strikes, labour disputes, epidemics, pandemics, riots, fires, flood, terrorist attacks, governmental actions and regulations, damages or other fatal occurrences). Under these circumstances, the organiser reserves all rights to either retain the entire registration fee and to use it for a future meeting, or to reimburse the participant in full after deduction of the costs already incurred and not recoverable related to the organisation of the meeting.

Please note that photographs and/or footage may be taken throughout the meeting. It is possible that these will be used by DNPM in its publications, website and social media channels. The subjects of the photographs and/or the footage are chosen at random. By attending the meeting as a participant or otherwise, you consent to the fact that photographs and/or footage may be captured and used by DNPM. Please contact us if you have any concerns. If you do not agree with already published data, we ask for immediate notification by e-mail, telephone or post.

This contract is subject to German law without recourse to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms and/or the respective meeting, shall be settled by the ordinary Court of Stuttgart, Germany.
